Prostate Massage To Improve Ejaculation?
Aug 07, 2012 - Steve Olson
Hi guys, are you facing a frequent urge to urinate lately? Or difficulty in urinating or dribbling of urine? How
about difficulty in having an erection or painful ejaculation?
These are signs that your prostate may have a problem, particularly when you are 50 or above.
The prostate is a small walnut-sized gland located below the bladder. It forms part of the male reproductive
system and produces seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. Its main function is adding alkaline
secretions to the ejaculate to balance out the level of acidity of the women reproduction system. This helps extend
the lifetime of spermatozoa in the vaginal canal during sexual intercourse.
Under normal circumstances, it is about the size of a walnut, but in older men it often enlarges. Age is one
factor but it may also be due to prostatitis, an infection of the prostate or perhaps cancer in some cases.
IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF THE PROSTATE
Certain massage or exercises can help maintain the health of this important gland.
Prostate massage refers to the manual stimulation of the prostate gland. It is normally done by inserting a
finger or a device into the anus.
In a medical setting, prostate massage can be used to treat both prostatitis, and inflammation of the prostate,
and prostatic hyperplasia, a non-cancerous enlargement of the gland, better known as BPH.
You can do it at home as part of a general health maintenance regimen.
The prostate is located approximately 4 or 5 inches from your anus. If you are sufficiently flexible to insert
it deep enough, you might be able to use your middle finger. Otherwise, you can use probes with a rounded tip and a
smooth surface such as a drumstick or commercial prostate massage probes which are shaped to match the form of the
inside of your body. The latter might provide the easiest tool for administering a prostate massage to you.
1. Bowel Clearance
Prostate massage can cause bowel movement. For obvious reason, it is highly recommended to clear your bowels first
before carrying out the procedure.
to avoid hurting the delicate lining of your rectum, clip your fingernails if you are using your finger to do the
3. Massage Device
If you are using a commercial massager probe; follow the instructions that come with it. Otherwise, clean your
device thoroughly with hot water and non-irritant disinfectant. Unroll a condom on your probe and apply a generous
amount of lubricant on it.
Gently insert your finger or probe 4 to 5 inches into your rectum. Apply light pressure toward the prostate. You
get it right when you feel a sensation that is mildly pleasurable. Do not be surprise if it causes an erection.
Continue applying light pressure while gently pulling your finger/device back about 2 inches out of your rectum.
The intensity of the sensation drops once you pass the prostate. Release the pressure and gently slide your
finger/device in and repeat 5 to 10 times
It is normal to experience milky secretions and sexual arousal during this process.
Kegel exercises are exercises that target the pubococcygeus, or PC, muscle. Contracting the PC interrupts a
urine stream and also tightens the anal sphincter. These exercises are of benefit to men with prostatitis and BPH.
It involves squeezing the PC, holding for 1 to 10 seconds, relaxing for 10 to 15 seconds and repeating the
procedure for about a dozen contractions.
You can perform these sitting down any where you feel comfortable and with conditioning, it is possible to do
Kegels while standing as well.

BENEFITS OF PROSTATE MASSAGE
Helps Overcome Impotence
Prostate massage is believed to be helpful in helping men overcome impotence by stimulating the flow of seminal
fluid and increasing circulation.
Reduce Pain / Swelling
A swollen prostate gland can be quite uncomfortable and painful. Regular prostate massage helps to reduce
swelling by releasing fluids and stimulating blood flow through the area. However, if you have been diagnosed with
prostate cancer, you should consult your doctor first before you try prostate massage with a licensed
Many people find prostate massage improves the intensity of their ejaculation. Many men report heightened sexual
experiences and at times "explosive" ejaculation.
Increased Urine Flow
One reason to difficulty with urine flow is the enlargement of the prostate gland .Prostate massage helps in the
reduction of pressure from released fluids, hence can help get urine flow back to normal.
WHEN PROSTATE MASSAGE MAY NOT WORK
Prostate cancer is commonly ignored and overlooked as a common old age complaint. While many with enlarged
prostate find reliefs with prostate massage, the following symptoms needs further investigation from a doctor to
rule out prostate cancer.
1. Blood in urine with/without pain or a burning sensation with urination.
2. Blood in semen
3. Difficulty having an erection and painful ejaculations is a possible warning sign of prostate cancer.
4. Elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. Elevated PSA levels are associated with prostate cancer.
5. Generally, prostate cancer metastasizes first to the pelvic bones and lower spine. This initially leads to
abdominal pain. Once the cancer spreads to other parts of the body, the pain a man first experience in the abdomen
spreads to the lower back and bones as well.
